Perfect Solution

Light-weight foam concrete has a good mechanical durability at the same time with high index of insulation at wide density amplitude. It is created by equal spreading the air voids all over the concrete mass. In comparison with porous concrete the foam concrete is created not by chemical reaction, but by mechanical mixing of the beforehand prepared foam with the concrete matrix. It is subject to GOST 25485-89 «Cellular concrete», GOST 5242-76 «Cellular concrete products heat-insulating» and GOST 21520-89 «fine walling blocks from cellular concrete», for  foam concrete  heat-insulating products with the density not less 400kg/m3. By GOST decree №418 dated 29,12.99 about excluding from the list of obligatory certification. It came into force from February,13, 2000.

Comparative characteristics of foam concrete and conventional walling: »Comparative characteristics

Roof Heat-insulation – foam concrete of low density enables you to have excellent thermal insulation properties. Filling of trench hollows - foam concrete does not sink, does not require vibration compaction, it possesses excellent load sharing characteristics, providing for high-quality filling. Filling of hollows - foam concrete is very fluid and it can be used for filling of any hollows, even in the most difficultly accessible places through small openings. Storage partitions - the walls bearing no loading can be cast of foam concrete immediately on the site.

Advantages of foam concrete usage

    Advantages of foam concrete usage (foam concrete blocks) and its application:

  • Foam concrete blocks are used for reconstruction of old buildings, construction of agricultural projects and individual dwelling projects; they protect walls and premises against penetrating radiation.;
  • The blocks can be  effectively used:
  • Laying of bearing walls, intermediate floors, partitions;
  • Vatting box and refrigerators;
  • Warm cottage;
  • Summerhouses, garages.

    Properties of foam concrete:

  • Perfect thermal and sound insulation;
  • Predetermined durability and thermal conductivity;
  • Environmental safety, incombustibility;
  • Excellent frost- and fire resistance;
  • Simplicity in laying and processing;
  • Low cost and labour-output ratio.

    The Scope of Foam Concrete Application:

  • Monolithic building construction;
    Thermal insulation of roofs;
    thermal and sound insulation of walls, floors, floor slabs and partitions ;
    Filling of hollow spaces;
    Making blocks, slabs, etc.

    The Merits of Foam Concrete:

      • It does not sink and requires no consolidation;
      • It is light-weigh and does not provide considerable loading;
      • It is liquid and enables to infill any hollows;
      • It does not require vibration compaction while laying;
      • It does not require further servicing after the laying;
      • High thermal and sound insulation;
      • Weak moisture adsorption during the whole period;
      • High temperature difference stability;
      • It does not make any side load;
      • Excellent flameproof properties;
      • It is highly profitable material;
      • It is harmless material.
